Seasonal, relaxed wedding flowers

For couples who want things to feel natural, unfussy and genuinely them.

Maeve’s Garden is a small flower farm near Te Awamutu, run by a mother–daughter florist team. Our style is relaxed, seasonal and guided by what’s blooming, with plenty of room to work within your colours and overall feel.

If you’re planning a celebration that values quality, seasonality and beauty — and want flowers that feel generous and special without the stress or price tag of large-scale floristry — you’re in the right place.

What We Offer

A note on seasonality

Because all of our flowers are locally grown, designs are led by the season, rather than fixed flower lists. We use our farm grown blooms wherever possible, and occasionally add flowers from nearby local growers to keep everything seasonal. This means no tulips in summer and no dahlias in winter - but it does mean flowers that are fresher, longer-lasting, and true to the time of year you’re getting married. We’ll guide you on what’s likely to be blooming and help shape a colour palette that works beautifully with your venue and vibe.

We don’t offer large-scale installations, exact copies of other designs, or out-of-season flower requests. If you’re looking for highly structured designs or installation type florals, we’re probably not the right fit.

Investment

Here at Maeve’s Garden we don’t do minimum spends. Wedding flowers are priced based on what is needed for your day, the season, and what’s blooming on the farm at the time. This allows couples to prioritise what matters most - from a simple bridal bouquet through to generous table flowers, without committing to unnecessary extras.
